Shanghai Expotrans (XPTRS) held its 2018 annual working conference from January 29 to 30, 2018. This 2-day meeting was focused on strategic development and practical innovation. Apart from review and summary of the work in 2017, a preview of the work plan in 2018 and even for the next three to five years was presented. Yang Ling, Head of Research and Information Department of the Municipal Council for Trade Promotion, and Huang Daming, Head of HR Department were invited to give thematic lectures on macroeconomic situation, staff echelon building and leader team building respectively. Head of departments made keynote speeches on "how to strengthen team building and management".
