SIAL CHINA is originated from SIAL France, a biennial expo with a history of over 50 years since 1964. SIAL France has become the largest trade exhibition in the world's food and beverage industry.
In 2000, SIAL France was introduced into China and Shanghai Expotrans has been growing along with SIAL China. Now it has become the largest international high-level innovative food exhibition in Asia and the third largest in the world with good economic returns.
